Lovely double room front of Regent's park

The available bedroom is a nice room with a double bed (good comfy mattress), a small desk, a big wardrobe, a bedside drawer and shelves. You will share a bathroom with a shower / tub with one other roommate.
The entire flat is very spacious and light and has a large communal living room, with a dining table. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The flat also has a lift which opens directly into the flat (1st floor).
Bills come to around 100 pounds per month pp, including council tax, g/w/e and broadband. The deposit is 900 pounds, to be paid up-front. The flat manager is extremely helpful and is always available if you need anything fixed in the flat.

The location is excellent - Regent's Park is 30 seconds away across the road (and is slightly visible from the livingroom window). It's only 10 minutes walk to Camden, or 20 to Fitzrovia & Marylebone, where you can find plenty of nice restaurants. We have 5 tube stations within 10 minutes' walk (Euston, Warren Street, Great Portland Street, Regent's Park and Camden Town), and UCL is 15 minutes' walk away. The bus stop for the 88 (to Oxford Circus/Clapham Junction or Hampstead Heath) is also just outside the flat. There are covered bike racks under the flat.

We are a flatshare of 2 professional women (Erin and Tricia) looking for a third flatmate to replace Adeline (researcher in Ethics).
Erin works in IT, Tricia is neuroscientist and sublets the room of Dorothea, a neuroscientist who is currently in Berlin during six months and who will return to london in June.
