Double rm & shared lounge, amazing KX/Cam location

URGENT!!: need to find someone by 10 JULY

🏡 ABOUT THE FLAT:
Spacious double bedroom with a good-sized window in a lovely neighbourhood.

Comes furnished with bed, closet, and a table can be put inside the room.

Huge shared living room/reception area and kitchen, and 1 shared toilet. Kitchen was recently renovated a year ago

Bills NOT included, but accounts have already been set up.

🌳 ABOUT THE AREA:
In the middle of Zone 1, very convenient and accessible: about 10min walk from Camden Town station and Camden Road station, 12min walk from Kings Cross St Pancras Station and British Library,

Plenty of nice restaurants, pubs, shops, gyms, etc.
Very convenient access to Sainsbury's, Aldi, Oseyo, etc. supermarkets in Camden, and a co-op less than 5min walk away.

Small neighbourhood park, camden garden centre, and camley st nature park. There's a beautiful canal that runs down toward Coal Drops Yard/Islington, and up toward Camden Market, easily accessible 5min walk from the flat. Lovely Regent's Park/Primrose Hill are also about 30min walk from the flat.

🔍 LOOKING FOR:
Looking for the usual - someone clean&tidy, non-smoker, who won't get too loud/drunk/etc (or at least not in the flat). Also friendly but generally quiet - I'd be happy to hang out, but I'm also fine if you'd rather never do so.

I occasionally enjoy hosting friends in the large reception but wouldn't let them stay too late and would check with you beforehand - you would also be very welcome to do the same.

I'm also happy to chat about redecorating or sharing the cost of new shared furniture. I'll probably get some leafier plants by your move-in date

**Note: Cats are fine - great, in fact - but unfortunately the landlady would rather not a dog.
