THE HOUSE

It’s in a huge split level apartment (4bed/4bath) with a well kept garden, expansive communal areas, and a high level of finish throughout. Given the size of the flat you’ll have lots of privacy but also company if you want, as you will be sharing with my other house mates who are all friendly professionals/business people in media/creative/tech industries. We all have hybrid work schedules and use the lounge as co-working area on weekdays.

LOCATION

We’re located just around the corner from Camden Square in a conservation area, so there is lots of greenery and it's very quiet. Kings Cross, Caledonian Road, Camden town tube, and Camden Road overground, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all within a 10-15min walk or 5 mins by bike.

PARKING

Street parking is available from the council for residents, and free for guests between 6pm-7am

Will consider commuter let Mon-Fri (or other specific days, as agreed) with reduced rent.
