Spacious furnished bedroom + own bathroom Camden!

Heya! I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in from May 2024 (may be later in May than the 1st depending on when my current flatmate is able to move out)

The flat is modern and bright, and furnished with an eclectic fun (I think) vibe. The bedroom itself comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hanging rack, lamps, desk and desk chair. You would also have a large bathroom with a rain shower, bath and cupboard for your toiletries ;) The art currently in the bedroom is mine, but can be moved around the flat if you want to bring your own etc. I’m not picky about it !

There is a washer, dryer, and a dishwasher that you may also use. The shared space is a kitchen and living room with a tv/seating and a dining room table area. The building has a lovely concierge who can collect parcels and help with feeling secure, and there is a small gym too.

I speak German and English fluently. I am a full time PHD student, and I also work part time from home too so am busy and out often at night but mostly in the flat daytime though. I also like to go out with friends, I perform at comedy gigs, explore restaurants and bars, cook, volunteer, exercise, and have the occasional dinner party/guests at home. I like socialising but also am very happy to live with someone who wants to do their own thing and chill. Also YES at the fact that this website lets you put "laughing" as an interest lol. I am ideally looking for someone who is not a light sleeper / who does not go to bed too early (9:30 / 10 pm onwards) as I tend to be more of a night owl and don't want to disturb you.

There is a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and I like to keep the flat tidy in between as well so someone that respects the common spaces and kitchen is important!

If you have a partner they are welcome to stay over- I like meeting new people and want the atmosphere to be friendly (within reason...don't have them stay over every night for five weeks in a row if I'm there too, please).
