Room Type: Bronze Studio, 20 square meters. The room is on the 3rd floor with great privacy. It has a double bed suitable for two people. The kitchen and bedroom are partially separated, so you don't have to worry about cooking smells, and the kitchen is spacious. Equipped with a microwave, oven, and a large fridge. The room is also equipped with own personal bathroom. The building has communal washing machines and dryers, a large and quiet study room, and an entertainment room with a pool table. The entire building has just over 60 rooms (all studios), making it quiet and peaceful. There is also a free secure bike storage.

Rent: The official rent is 330 pounds per week (significant discounts available for those who can cover the entire rental period!).

Transportation: A 10-minute walk to Tufnell Park underground station, where you can take the Northern Line. It's three stops to King's Cross and one stop on the Thameslink to St Pancras International. A 10-minute walk to Sandall Road for the 29 bus or a 5-minute walk for the 390, both of which can get you to UCL within 30 minutes.

Surroundings: A 3-minute walk to a small supermarket, and within 10 minutes you can find Sainsbury's, Co-op, Iceland, Lidl, and Tesco. The area is residential, safe, and quiet at night. It's also convenient to walk to the Camden Market on weekends.

Only students are allowed to sublet through the official process. Subletting because I'm planning to go back to my home country for the holidays. This apartment really offers great value for money!
