I am so sad to be leaving this flat, the girls have become such a large part of my life in London, but my cousin has moved to London and we have just been accepted on a flat in Belsize Park.

HUGE Double room in 3 bedroom flat available from mid April on Camden Park Road.

Living with 2 very welcoming Irish professionals, 24-27years old, an Architect and a Nurse.

We are a social but respectful flat, we all have very busy individual lives, but we love to make time for each other, sit and make dinner, have a catch up with a glass of wine, watch a film, head to the pub, go for a walk down the canal etc!

The flat is 10 minutes from Caledonia Road, and when Kentish Town tube is back open around the same to there!

Amazing bus routes run literally next to the flat, I work in soho and the commute is so easy on the 390!! (Plus the bus is half the price of the tube!)

Bills come to around £250per month for Council tax, water, heating, electricity, wifi, service charge and tv, however we are expecting that to drop when the new bill breakdown is given at end of April, it was inflated due to work being done on the whole flat block.

The room is huge with alot of storage. It is a duplex flat and the room available is upstairs on its own beside the bathroom.

There is a very small balcony and huge window. It’s very bright, I tend to have the windows open all the time/doors open in the summer, and the road is so quiet I barely hear anything!

There is an additional separate toilet downstairs, and as a flat we never have a problem with bathroom timings.
