*Guardianship contract*
My lovely flatmate of 2 years is moving out of our 2 bed flat, and is looking for someone to take over her room.
We had a very chill and friendly flatshare, and I am hoping for someone like this, while of course still respecting a closed door, and alone time.
About me: Im in my last term of uni, studying screenwriting & producing, while working on the side.
The flat is 5 min from Camden road and about 10ish min from Camden town,. The rent is 770 a month including council tax, and then additionally 60 each on bills.
Bedroom is semi-furnished, bedframe, mattress and wardrobe..
Our contract is a guardianship, so there is a 28 days notice, which is great for when you want to move, I lived here for over 2 years.
