I am moving out of the flat I have lived in for the past 8 months to move in with family, and am looking for a suitable replacement to join two lovely girls who will stay in the flat.
The apartment is a 2 minute walk to Morning Crescent station and a short walk to all the shops etc you could want on the high street (supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, cafes etc.).
The arrangement would be a two month sublet to start with but with the option to take over the contract after those two months are up.
