The tenancy is from 25th April to 25th May, and you can sign a new contract with the landlord on the whole house once the tenancy ended on 25th May, if you are willing to find another 3 flatmates living with you :)

Since I already paid for most of the bills on direct debit, the room is bills included but if you continue to rent after 25th May, you will need to open up electricity gas etc accounts yourself.

This house is located near the regent canal 🏞️ and the neighbourhood is really quiet. This is very rare in central London! Large Sainsbury, Aldi, Tesco just 10 minutes walk from the house.
