I just viewed this gorgeous property near St Pancras and would be super eager to put down an offer on this gorgeous three bedroom. Heating bills included in monthly rent.

The most important thing is that you’re able to move in right away, or at least put down an offer with move in date as soon as possible, as that was the reason I got shown the property quicker than others who are also enquiring.

4th floor with a flat, private balcony with a lot of sunshine, bright and airy space. GIRLS ONLY, sorry! Also only professionals as Camden council tax is fairly high, though I haven’t got a reply about the actual council band yet, but expect 70-100 per person.
