Nice furnished double bedroom in a modern building of a secured residence. The room is very bright and offer a spacious balcony.
Furnitures are: double bed, desk and the wardrobe.
The flat itself is modern with a propper isolation for both temperature and sound.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction plates and dish-washer.
The flat also offers a washing machine and a dryier which is super convenient.

The bathroom you see in the video is only shared with another flatmate (the 3rd room of the flat being en-suite).

A cleaner comes every couple of weeks and takes care of cleaning the common areas ( kitchen, bathroom).

It is available from may 28th and the current contract will end on September 10th.
It is renewable for longer stays and those intending to stay longer will be prefered.

The connections are very good: bus 29 and 390 at 1mn from the flat, camden town station 13mn, Kentish town 10mn (closed until august)

Council tax, water and internet are included in the rent.
Electricity and Gas are paid every 3 months (roughly 50£/month during winter)

Worth noting: The agency that maintains the flat does a great job and is always super responsive to any issue we’ve had!

The ideal flatmate would ideally be a young professional. The 2 flatmates you’ll have are very nice and we often hang out together either in the flat or outside activities.
