I am looking for someone to replace me and take my beautiful room, which is located in Camden, NW1.
A little bit of general information, we are two queer girls, me Maria (29, architect) and Yasmin (24, art curator) with a remaining contract of 1 year. The rent is 1250£ each + bills, and currently, the payments are every 6 months because at the time we were students, but open to changing monthly if you are working.
I am leaving this beautiful place because I have to go back to my country due to personal circumstances. I am planning to leave the 1st of July. I would love to sort this out before the end of May.
My roommate and I are very clean and organized girls, we like to cook a lot and hang out during the weekends. We are very close friends, so hopefully I can find someone that fits our vibe that it doesn't disappoint haha
