The flat is in a great location around a 10 minute walk from Kentish Town station and a 15 minute walk from Camden Town station. With access to overground to Hackney/Dalston, Hampstead heath and Regent’s Park / Parliament hill. Also a 15 min walk to coal drops yard!

It is roomy flat with very high ceilings and plenty of space. Has a balcony in the kitchen .

Water bills are included in the rent, everything else is managed by the tenants (council tax band F) - total bills are roughly £160 a month.

A holding deposit of one week's rent will be required.
