I'm looking for a person to take over the rest of my tenancy when I was going back to China, so the room is short term let from 8th June until 31st of August.
The room is in NW1 area. It's close to the Warren Street Station 5-10 minute roughly for walking. There are several grocery store and restaurant and grocery store in this area which all only need to take 5 - 10 minutes walking.
The room is not big so only suitable for one person. Male tenant is prefer as other room mates are male. You can contact me for the video of the room. The price for the rent is 900GBP/month, bills are not included.
