Large double room with private bathroom in Camden

Hey there.
I’m Darren, and I have a large double room with separate private bathroom in my lovely 2 bed flat in Camden.
It’s a really lovely, fully equipped flat with a split level terrace and a private garden, in a great Camden location with excellent transport links - a bus stop literally on the gate and overground and underground stations a few minutes walk.

You’d be living with just me 😊
I’m 36, LGBT, work as an advertising creative, very clean and tidy, from Wales originally and very easy to get along with.

The rent includes all bills, and I sort out everything with the landlady (who is so nice) so it’s a really easy single payment once a month.

The flat and room have been renovated recently, so there are some pictures of how it looks as new and some as it’s currently decorated (including the room). The room comes fully furnished with a TV, and is currently fully decorated too if you wanted to keep that ☺️ The room has fitted wardrobes right across one side with plenty of storage, and the bathroom is a full separate bathroom that would be all yours.

I recently broke up with my boyfriend and have been living alone, but have decided I’d like to stay and share the space with someone else.
I don’t really drink much after a recent year of sobriety, and it’s not a party house, or at least hadn’t been. I rarely have anyone around, but of course you’d be welcome to and it would be nice to find someone who wants to make use of the lovely space, share it with someone genuine and bring it back to life again ☺️
