Looking for someone to replace me!

I’ve just viewed this room today and it’s a lovely place, with a very nice kitchen and Mornington Crescent Station right next to it. However, my situation has changed, and I am not sure of going through with the contract as I’m not moving to London currently. If you would like to replace me for the room in the video, please message me ASAP!!! Please also note that we paid a reservation fee, and this was divided between me and the other two tenants. It totals to £238. You would have to pay this to me, since the agent has already been paid. They’ve also assured us that this will go towards rent later on, so it’s not an additional payment, it’ll be added to the rent. I am happy to share a payslip/payment statement to confirm that the agent was paid. If you are okay with the virtual viewing (I can also send you a full video, two links of the advertisement online, and the Agent’s number and details) and with making the payment to cover the reservation cost, please let me know as soon as possible. I am also happy to share a copy of the prospective tenancy agreement and any other information you might want. I understand this is a bit of an anomalous situation, so I’d be happy to explain over call as well.

The location is really close to UCL, SOAS, and Birkbeck, and there’s hardly any places available so close. It will be available as soon as documents are processed, which I can share a list of as well!
