Lovely Camden Double Room – Walk to Markets, Bars

Lovely room available on a quiet street in Camden. The room comes with a bed, a desk, a drawer and potentially a bookcase. I quite enjoy the time with my flatmates and hopefully will continue visiting the flat to see them! :) The flat has 4 rooms and a separate living room.

The flat is in a perfect location 5 minutes from Camden Road overground station, 5-10 minutes from Camden Town station, and 15 mins from Kentish Town station. The area has basically everything you need - great coffee, wine bars, pubs, and live music. It’s about 20 minutes into central London.

I’m looking for someone to replace me, ideally a student aged 20-30ish. You would be living with 2 girls and 1 boy, all students (one a Biology PhD, one an MS in biology, one a masters in law). There’s a nice friendly vibe in the flat and when we’re around we stop and chat. Everyone is very clean and tidy and makes the flat feel like a home, not just somewhere to sleep - we’re looking for someone who will continue that energy!

Rent for the room is £1000. Bills come to around £60pcm excluding council tax. If you’re a student then there would be no council tax, but if not you would be responsible for paying it yourself (The council tax band is C -- after the student discount it should be 117.02 per month.). I’m looking for someone to replace me on the contract or sign onto an official sublet until. Landlord would likely be happy to renew the contract if you wanted to stay on longer.
