Summer Standard Single Room at Goldsmiths House

I want to pass my lease on to a female university student from June 5th-September 5th 2026. This hall allows for the contract to be legally passed on to someone else, so the contract is signed with the hall. The requirement is that it must be passed on to a female student over the age of 18 (all female hall). 

The room is on the 3rd floor, facing a quiet street with no buildings blocking the view, lots of light.

The area is very quiet for central London. Euston station and Mornington Crescent are about 10-12 minutes walking. Lidl, Tesco, Aldi all within 10-15 minute walk. 5 minute walk to regents park. 15 minute walk from UCL library.

There are communal bathrooms on each floor with separate toilets and shower areas (with locking stalls for both). There is fridge and freezer space allocated to you, and a locking pantry area for each student. The staff is very nice, and always willing to help with problems. The hall is run by Optivo Students.
