Single room available from April until 5th September 2026, at the exclusive Goldsmith house complex. Shared bathroom, communal kitchen & ample recreational areas including garden area. Females only. My daughter will be finishing her studies in April, & we ideally want a female to take over the rent from April or May until a fixed tenancy end date of 5th Sept 2026. Pls note you will need to sign the tenancy agreement direct with Southern housing, who manages the property on behalf of Optivo Students who owns the property. The rent is fixed at £240 per week, & will need to be paid in full at the start of the tenancy direct to Southern housing. The property is very secure with 24 hrs porter, a short 10 min walk to Mornington Crecsent underground station, 15 min walk to Euston station & is very central. The room located on the 3rd floor has a single bed, wardrobe, desk & chair & also has a wash basin. The communal toilets & shower is right next to the room. The communal kitchen & eating area has plenty of storage & access to cooking facilities as well as allocated cupboard, fridge & freezer space. Overall a very pleasant property, in a secure neighborhood, occupied mainly by students from UCL & Kings. My daughter has thoroughly enjoyed her stay, & made some really good friends with fellow occupants. Pls get in touch if interested.
