Large double room in quiet, central, friendly flat

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my large double room in a friendly student flat, available immediately.

The room is spacious, with loads of storage and a sofa. There is also a balcony downstairs, and heating is included at no extra cost.

You would be living with three other flatmates - Billy, Ivanna and Alice. They’re all music students and very considerate when it comes to noise. It’s a friendly, relaxed flat - we enjoy cooking together (Billy and Alice are vegan!), but also respect each other’s space. We are all very LGBTQ+ friendly.

The flat is an amazing central location, just 2 minutes from Mornington Crescent station, in a safe and quiet area. Aldi, Lidl’s and a big Sainsbury’s are all within walking distance.

Great location for UCL, SOAS, Birkbeck or UoL students, and amazing transport links to other central London universities.

I am moving out for health reasons, so this is a tenancy takeover (not a sublet), running until August. I’m ideally looking for someone to take over the contract, but I can be flexible on move-in date for the right person.
