Flat is in a great convenient area next to supermarkets, near Camden Town, Primrose Hill and Kentish Town but still on a nice quiet road. Rent is £910, council tax band C (about £50pcm 2025/2026), smart metered electricity and gas around £35-40pcm, water is £50pcm (hopefully we get a water meter).

Current flatmates are two graduated friends from uni looking for a professional flatmate. Jonny is chatty and I (Emily) spend a lot of the time in the living room but also like my own space. We have our friends round about once a week but on weekday evenings, we like to have quiet by 11/12. We ideally want someone who is pretty clean and friendly but mainly someone who is nice and pays rent!
