We have two rooms opening up in our house tucked in a gated area just over a 10 minute walk away from Kentish Town Station. The house is big with an open living/dining room, a couple of bathrooms and a nice small garden which is great in the Summer.

The location is great with loads of nice pubs and restaurants just round the corner with great transport links making it easy to get to most of London. The house has all the standard amenities and bonuses like a dishwasher to help with the washing up. The landlord is also very responsive and we have a handyman to help if anything breaks. The two of us have been here for 4-6 years and are genuinely gutted to be leaving!

The Housemates 🏠
You’ll be joining James, Sophie, and Georgia. They’re three friendly professionals who work a hybrid schedule (split between home and the office). As a group we’re all pretty relaxed and sociable. A lot of days in the week we just sit and watch what’s on TV from Uni Chal to Below Deck… Also partial to a team pub trip or grabbing dinner together somewhere with the odd gig chucked in. We’d be looking for someone also sociable and easy going who would fit well into the house.

* What’s included? All utilities plus a bi-weekly cleaner to keep the communal spaces clean.
* Outdoor Space: A great garden for BBQs and catching the sun.
* Parking: There is a private parking space available for £33.33 a month.
* References: Our landlord requires new tenants to be referenced.
