The house

Looking for a couple in their 20s to take over a double room from mid-April. It's a great house with friendly people - perfect for a couple who want their own space in a large house!

The House:
Amazing 4-bedroom 'mews' type house in one of the most sought-after streets in Camden- really quiet but only 10 minute walk from the tube/overground, and even less from the awesome pubs and bustle of Camden Town. We have a great open-plan kitchen/living room with a dining table and four big comfy sofas. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, two fridge-freezers and a breakfast bar, and we have a washing machine and tumble dryer. There's also a small patio out the back and a roof terrace for barbeques.

The Room:
The room is a fully furnished big master suite at the top of the house with an en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes and private rooftop balcony. Both the room and balcony are furnished.

Us:
Priscilla (28) studies at SOAS, Leatitia (22), French and studying physics, and we have another professional moving into the fourth bedroom also in mid April.

We're all pretty busy with our own lives and are always out and about but regularly sit around the living room chatting. We tend to keep it pretty chilled during the week and are more lively at the weekends. Overall we all have jobs which we take pretty seriously but enjoy making the most of being in the city.

You:
We're looking for a tidy, laid-back couple who are fun to live with. Great sense of humour is important, as are being considerate of the other housemates and tidiness. We have a cleaner who comes twice a month for communal areas but with 5 of us all sharing, we all do our bit. As long as you a™re respectful of other people, sociable and have a good sense of humour, you'll be perfect.

Boring (but necessary) Bits:
Available from 12th April. You'll be added to the existing contract as residents. Our current lease runs until 18 August 2014 but is confirmed to renew and allows for departure at any time.

Rent: £1290 pcm
Bills: £75 each per month for sky, internet, cleaner, council tax and water (plus extra quarterly for gas and electric, so averages out at about £115 pcm total)
Deposit: £1584
Admin cost to estate agent: £150 per person for reference checks.
