I am going away for the summer and I am looking for someone to rent my room while I am away from the 15th of july untill the 31st of August.
The room is very big, with double bed, furnished and very bright. The house has 4 other rooms, 1 bathroom and
one toilet, the kitchen and a very large garden which has a bbq.
The rent is normally 600 per months (including bills) and the payment is made every 15th of the month. There is a £550 deposit to be paid at the begining of the stay.
