The bedroom comes with a new double bed, plenty of clothing storage, 32" LCD television, balcony doors, and private modern bathroom with toilet, and shower.

The successful applicants will be joining one female and one male flatmate, both clean and tidy professionals.

Rent for the room is £271 per week (not including expenses) so please only enquiries from those people who can fit this into their budget. Additionally we have a weekly cleaner who visits the property, the cost for this is included in the monthly expenses / bills costs including council tax, power, water etc. Upon request we can provide estimate / details of the total expenses / bills costs per month.

The apartment is already furnished, so we are looking for tenants who are not looking to bring furniture with them into the property. The landlord can arrange for the bed to be removed should you prefer to bring one with you.
