This huge, modern flat has a double bedroom with access to own bathroom. The room contains large windows and is extremely well lit and bright :)

The bedrooms have carpets and the rest of the flat contains wooden floors. Your bedroom has it's own bathroom. The building is only a few years old, therefore all appliances are in great condition with a washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and electric cooker. The flat itself is clean and spacious. All bills will be shared equally between us.

There is a large open plan kitchen area, a living room and a dining area. The flat is on the canal and has a balcony with great views, especially gorgeous in Summer.

It's a 5 minute walk from Camden Station, 2 minutes to Camden Road and 7-10 minutes to King's Cross with great connections to all parts of London. The building also contains it's own small gym free to everyone.

The flat is a minute's walk from a selection of shops and 5 minutes from a large Sainsburys. It's also a ten second walk from a beer garden and a minute's walk from another great pub! Can walk to Camden market in 5 minutes along the canal and Primrose Hill in ten.

I'm ideally looking for a professional housemate who is easy going and who likes to have a laugh! I work in PR and wfh sometimes. I respect people’s privacy and am out a lot but also like to unwind and chill - if the above sounds good please do send a message :)
