Seek Nice Flatmate-Beautiful Roof-Terrace Camden

Hi there! I am looking for new housemate to enter in October ( flexible entry) , replacing my current one who's returning back to U. S. .

I'm a 34 year old dual British/american professional working in markets, I enjoy cooking, socializing, traveling, cycling, the occasional night out, watching tv. Looking for a like-minded housemate to share the space with.

It’s a good-sized two bedroom furnished flat located in Camden (postcode NW1 ), spanning two levels, with large shared living room, outdoor terrace (great for bbqs!), fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), shared bathroom, and clothes washing machine. The room is decent size with large window, large built in closet with extra storage space above. Rent is around 850£ a month ex bills. Contract is a joint tenancy one-year agreement.

Ideally a new flatmate is considerate, respectful, social, and generally well disposed to sharing a nice flat in a friendly environment.

The location is fantastic ( in my opinion) a 3 minute walk to Camden rd overground station, about 7 minute walk to Camden town station ( northern line ) and all sorts of shops and markets. About 20 minute walk to kings cross st Pancras. Also the building entrance is right across the road from regent's Canal.

For drivers - the flat also includes a ground floor parking spot, currently unused.

For cyclists - within the building is an exclusive, passcode-protected bicycle storage closet. It is where I store my bike and it very handy than having to bring it up to the flat every time.
