Double room - Huge garden - Camden Square

We have got one spare room going in a three bed flat (two bathrooms). it' ready to go straight away from now.
The flat is shared with Josh and Arjun.
Josh , 32 is a working professional from Australia and Arjun , 25 is a fashion masters student from India. We are very tidy and respectful of everyone’s privacy. We enjoy cooking and and watching tv shows in our spare time and do tend to hangout during weekends at the nearby pub.
We treat this house as a safe place to come back home to and enjoy each other’s company. We are looking for someone who’s sociable and brings good vibes to the home.
Ideally looking for a girl as we have one straight guy and one gay guy in the house. Just to maintain the balance hah!
The lower ground flat has a huge garden and it's own side entrance. It also has two bathrooms with a bath and shower in each.

The room in question is small but fits a double bed, a large wardrobe, a bedside table/draws, and shelves easily (all of which are newly bought) - it's the bedroom circled in red on the floor plan. We also have a large storage space in the house so there's room for a few extra boxes etc.

The flat is tastefully (we think!) furnished despite what a couple of the photos suggest - they’re from the estate agent's brochure. I’ve also included a photo of what the living room looks like at present.

It's located just off Camden Square so a pretty bloody good location for London - very central. There's also an amazing pub at the end of the road (the Lord Stanley) - perfect atmosphere and great food!

I'm listing the room for less money than it's worth as a friend pulled out of the flat last minute.
