Quiet double room available in a gorgeous Victorian cottage near the Stables Market in Chalk Farm. Room would suit a single professional female. The room is available in at the end of August/early September and is fully furnished. The house comes with two friendly cats so an animal lover would be ideal. Roxy works in Banking and I'm Irish and work in TV. We are friendly and easy going, but pretty much keep to ourselves during the week as we have busy jobs. Room would suit someone who likes their sleep and peace and quiet as it's not a party house. The garden is very spacious and perfect for summer sunbathing! Primrose Hill only a 7 minute walk away too.

Bills work out about £120 - 140 per month (not included in rent), depending on time of year.
