I have two rooms available in a bright flat close to the buzzing heart of Camden. It is a well maintained ex local authority flat on the second floor. It is safe and quiet.
Current occupants are a young lady working for a start up and an American PhD student. There is a great sitting room and a well stocked kitchen.
For sundowners there is a balcony. Parking is available and we have a cat.
Looking for people who are not party animal ,but enjoy socialising and sharing the odd drink, meal etc.
Bills included except for electricity which is about £10 per month.
