Single room in Camden town with Garden

Want a nice flatshare with garden in the middle of Camden with good vibes?
Going back to Belgium, I rent my Single room furnished with bed, wardrobes and desk.
The room has a good size and gives on the garden, so it is very calm. The house has all what is necessary: washing machine, cooker, internet etc
We share the kitchen , bathroom and 2 toilets and you have access to our lovely garden with BBQ
You are 1 minute from lot of buses and 5 min from Mornington crescent or Camden town Tube stations and 10 min walk from king cross station. 3 minutes from lidl and saynsbury and 5 minutes of all the pub and club you wants to ( blues kitchens , KOKO, electric ballroom)
and 10 minutes from camden market. 20 from the center ( oxford street , covent garden, leceister square)
10 minute from the cinema
and 15 minute walk to regents park.
The flatmates are very social and friendly and we want to keep this friendly atmosphere so if you are an happy person this room will suit you.
The Rent is £615 a month All inclusive ( except electricity which is roughly 25£ every 3 months) + deposit. (£615)
