Modern Double En-suite Room Central Camden Town

Hello, nice to meet you :) myself Anna & Melis my flatmate are looking for a new flatmate to take the third room in our lovely Camden home. Our current flatmate is moving out so we need to fill the room.

The room available is modern with an ensuite bathroom and access to the roof terrace area! We each have our own bathroom, then share the large open plan Kitchen living area.

The move-in date is 1st NOVEMBER, with a minimum stay of 1 year, the rent is £830+ £160 bills (approx), so for a total of £990 (approx). You must be employed or have a good history if self employed as reference checks are required from the landlord.

Our flat is in the very Centre of Camden Town, near the intersection of Camden High Street & Hawley Crescent. We are only two minutes to the large Sainsburys, plus a short stroll to the M&S, Aldi, Lidl, 24 hour Pure Gym etc. The Camden market is almost on our doorstep, plus the buck street market, and the new Hawley Wharf market that's just opened! Walking; Camden High Street 1 minute, 8 min Mornington Crescent, 3 min Camden Town Station, 20 min Kings Cross Station.

We are aged 35 & 31 and both are female professionals, I work in hospitality and Melis Chemistry. We are both easy going, quiet and respectful people. We have both lived here for almost 2 years, it is a great space, with a good layout to give us each our own privacy. It really is a modern, comfortable and cool place to call home.
