Monday-Friday Let in Camden

The room is a 3x3.5 metre space looking out onto the garden at the back of a converter Victorian house. There's a new carpet and it's been decorated recently but I will shortly be changing the colour to something more neutral. There's a king size bed with brand new mattress, with four big storage drawers underneath it. A solid wood chest of drawers. A storage cupboard just outside the room has been converted into a wardrobe to create more space.

I have a lovely cat. There are no cat smells as he prefer to go to the loo outside. Hair is not an issue unless you have kitty cuddles.

I'm friendly but introverted and always working and I'd like a flatmate who is similar to me.

There is no WiFi, so would suit someone who has unlimited data on their phone.

The bathroom is a bit basic at the moment but always clean.

The flat is set over the ground floor and basement levels. There's a large shared garden with decking and a dining table and regular visits from squirrels. It's a 7 minute walk to Camden Town Station (all branches of the northern line meet here), and 2 minutes to Camden Road Station (overground).

It's a Monday afternoon to Friday morning let. The room will be available from the first of March, with viewings from February.
