Double Room in Camden Town for Short Let

Hi female professionals,

I am subletting my room for a very short time from 5 May to 18 May 2024.

You will be sharing a 2 bedroom flat with sitting room, an open kitchen, and a balcony with my amazing flatmate Savannah.

The flat is very bright, sunny and welcoming.

We are looking for a calm, clean and respectful person who is a professional. If you would like to work from home, this is totally fine and the room has a desk and an office chair. We have fibre in the house which means that you will always have the best connection for your Zoom calls or you Netflix sessions. If you are more the person for working from cafés, then Camden Town has you covered as well.

If you need to commute:
3min walk to Camden Town Station (Northern Line)
2min walk to Mornington Crescent (Northern Line)
5min walk to Camden Town Road (Overground)
Less than 1min walk to several bus lines (right in front of the house)
15min walk to King's Cross/St Pancras.

The room provides a king size bed.
You are more then welcome to use all items in the kitchen.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony, not inside the flat.

Bills are NOT included. The rent indicated is per week (7days).

Bills come up to 41 GBP per week: council tax, gas, electricity, wifi, and water.
