Reason for leaving

My flatmate & I are putting our rooms up for rent, as we will not be in London for the summer period & are looking for people to take over the rest of our contract up until September.

I myself am a UAL Student, studying Graphics at Elephant & Castle campus and I commute on the Northern Line from Camden Town tube station & the commute is roughly 25mins or less. Easily able to get to other UAL campuses & other universities too.

My flatmate is a UCL Student, studying Social Sciences. She walks to her campus every day and roughly takes her 30mins or less.

Our current household has a very friendly and down to earth. We are a diverse household, as we all have different cultural backgrounds and love to discuss our cultures, food, and other social topics. We like to meet up and have house dinners together or go out to eat to foster a good connection with one another and always try to help each other where we can. The kitchen is our most social area as we usually all eat around similar times and end up chatting for hours, but we also respect each other’s spaces. Everyone is very friendly, supportive, and welcoming and someone always has their door open!
