This is a one double room, for 1 person only (5.00m x 3.14m (16' 5" x 10' 4"))with its own bathroom available from Mid-Feb/March for a long-term contract. (Can be discussed for an earlier move in day as in February)The building has porter, gym and Sauna, community terrace and garage for your bicycle. Your parcels will always be received by the porter, you never lose any parcels here.

This is a 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment that has the canal view. Your room has a double bed, 2 wardrobes, mirror, 2 bedside tables. You will have space to add your desk.( the work station in the picture is from the previous flatmate)

The apartment has TV, sofa, equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, dishwasher, laundry machine.

5 mins walk to Camden town station.
8 mins walk to Primrose hill.

Supermarkets: Sainsbury, tesco, M&S, Aldi, whole food, Asian ones, Morrisons.

Very clean and organized person preferred, especially for the kitchen sharing space.
We can speak in Spanish, French and English.

Only water is included. council tax is 146.5/month plus electricity bill.
Available for arranged visits
