I am currently living in Goldsmiths House and need someone to take over my tenancy as I am planning to move. This is a female-only student accommodation in Camden, very close to Regent’s Park and within easy reach of UCL, SOAS, Birkbeck and King’s College London. Mornington Crescent and Euston stations are nearby, with quick transport links across Central London.

Room type: Standard single room in a female-only hall (private bedroom, shared bathrooms, shared kitchens).

Price: £240.00 per week (all bills and Wi‑Fi included – gas, electricity, water, heating, contents insurance).

Start date: Available ASAP
