Double Room in Camden Town

it’s in camden town, 10 min walk to the station for nothern line and 5 min walk to camden road for overground ! bus stops outside (29, 253, 274) that leave you in central in 20 mins!

house has a living room and a small balcony! safe area, quiet road! you’ll have a double room & biggest in the house! £900 per month + bills (59.03 + £100 in council tax but this will decrease in july when two of us stop being students!)

you’ll be replacing our flatmate until september and then contract will renew so we do want someone that will want to renew the contract with us!!! we’re very easy going, very friendly! two of us are still students and the other is working full time! this will be our third year living together and we have become really good friends so we would like someone that is also looking for that! we go to pub quiz, drag queen bingo, cinema, concerts together!!! we love a night in watching old shows/movies, and we occasionally go out!

cat: 25, from southampton and a student nurse!! she loves biking (loves a lime bike), loves going to the pub, likes playing the guitar, loves medical dramas.
