In the heart of Camden (in a spacious 3 bed room, one toilet, one toilet/bathroom, maisonette), I have one double room to let to mature lodger in my flat. Aged over 25, in full time work, and or post-grad student (Masters/PhD).

Note its our family home. We have two young children both aged under two. So must like little children and be ok with them.

It has been an Ideal room in the past for PhD students in their first/second year to completion - as past two lodgers have been PhD students at UCL!. Close to UCL/LSE/King's etc. V

Looking for 1 single person. No couples. Minimum commitment for two months ongoing. Must be quiet, tidy, clean. No pets, no smoking. Just 5 mins walk from Camden Town Tube and walking distance from regents park and primrose hill ( and central London transport hubs of Euston and St. Pancras)

Flat has bathroom+toilet, and a seperate toliet. No access to living room.

Rents for double room is £750 per month. This is all inclusive of council tax and all utilities. One months advance rent, and a deposit of one months rent required and references.
