Small room for internship 9-5 or a full-time 9-5 person, who works outside of the home. The flat is not to be used for business.. It is strictly residential.

Your suitcases (two maximum) and bags an be stored in a storage cupboard in the flat. No furniture allowed. The flat is fully furnished.

I am clean, tidy and respectful, and I share the space well. The same goes for the other flat-mate who is a dynamic career driven person. She has been here for six months.

👍 Work or place of study proof
🙌 Agreement and viewing in person only, so no communication from abroad requesting my phone number and bank details.
👌 Room to be secured by a deposit.
👍 No guests in the flat
😒 Rental of four weeks is payable in advance, as is the deposit.

🚌 BUS STOP - 24/7 buses outside the front garden: 29 Trafalgar Square & 253 Euston. Lots of other buses along the road to many other routes.
🚆 TUBE TRAIN (Northern Line) and OVERGROUND TRAIN (To Richmond or to Stratford) in the same road
🍩 24/7 Tesco supermarket nearby.

There are many stairs to climb.

THERE IS A VELUX WINDOW. It has been pointed out to me to mention it. Electric skylight with electric curtain. It has a rain sensor, so it closes automatically..
