Big Room w/ Garden Canada Water

Hello! I am looking for a friendly and responsible flatmate to share my flat with. You will live in one of the two large, partially furnished bedrooms, with a built-in closet, bed and shelves. You are welcome to bring a desk etc. :)

The flat is 400m from Canada Water underground (Jubilee Line) and 150m from Rotherhithe overground / bus stop. It has a balcony and our own little garden. The flat itself is very bright and every room has at least one window, including the bathroom.

I am in my mid-20s, vegan and originally from Germany, where I still spend a lot of time. I work from home and travel a lot, so I'm looking for someone who I can trust with the flat while I'm away and who will also take care of my plants. Having lived with many people over the years, I have learned that cleanliness is more important to me than it is to the average person, and I am looking for someone who has the same standards of cleanliness and general respect for other people's property.

Bills are approx 140 GBP pp/m (Council Tax Band C). Deposit secured via DPS.
