Single room available 15th July 2023 with a single bed, desk and chair, built in wardrobe and a shelving unit.

There is no living room but a large kitchen with a table for socialising, complete with oven. cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. Separate toilet and bathroom.

Although, we have a cleaning lady every 15 days. It is essential to clean after yourselves cuttlery, plates basically anything you used and keep common areas nice and tidy for other flatmates. We established cleaning rota as well for putting out the bins, washing bathroom and toilet carpets and so on...

ABOUT US
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 rooms already occupied and one available. We are 3 people, one Slovakian, another one Brazilian girls and 1 Ecuadorian boy, different age group, between 20, 30 and 40 years old. Different occupations, however we share the same rule: respect each other's space and privacy. We like to socialize sometimes together, cook, drink and share food together.

London can be quite stressful sometimes, plus daily work routine can be exhausting, therefore we are looking for someone who is willing to be a part of and create a save space, where you can feel like a second home. This is not a home for those who want “parties”.

PERFECT MATCH WITH FUTURE FLATMATE
We would like someone peaceful , participative, respectful and easy-going. After 10 pm, we keep tranquil, relax and are tolerant to each other space. We like to socialize at dinners together and occasionally share a glass of wine to relax at the end of the day. Must be clean, respectful and tidy.

ABOUT THE AREA
We have a perfect location. A few minutes walk, there are parks around, docks and a panoramic view of Canary Wharf in front of the river. It is a safe and calm area with beautiful houses around. There is a lot of nature around, including many birds like coots, swans, ducks and foxes.

You have an EXTRA TESCO 5 minutes walk, WHETERSPOON around the corner, 10 minutes walk to CANADA WATER tube station, with several bus options to various places in the city, 2 minutes walk to SURREY QUAYS STATION, and a bus stop directly in front of the building. CUTTY SARK GREENWICH is 15 minutes by bus, in addition to a shopping center with stores such as RANGERS, BOOTS, SUPERDRUG and POUNDLAND, as well as other bars and restaurants.
