The flat is a 4 min walk from Rotherhithe, and 7 min from Canada Water and 8 min from Bermondsey.
I am looking for a tidy and friendly housemate, for SHORT-TERM for now. I am WFH currently, mainly out of my bedroom.

The bedroom available has a double bed, fit-in wardrobe as well as space for additional storage. The 'en-suite' is a separate bathroom, just opposite the door. But since the other bedroom has a (smaller) en-suite, it is for you!

The flat features a spacious living room, as well as a well equipped kitchen with integrated Bosch appliances (grill/oven, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer) as well as good quality crockery and kitchen tools for cooking. Hyperoptic internet, with a Philips 43" flat screen smart HDTV.

I am active in church in Central London and while I would prefer a flatmate who is a Christian too, I am happy living with someone who respects my faith - as I would respect yours or your having none.
