Hello lovely people,

we are looking for one LONG TERM housemate in their LATE twenties or ideally 30s, to join for our super central and yet super quiet town-house share in Canada Water

The property was recently refurbished and is lovingly decorated with lots of plants and colourful mid-century style furniture. The other housemate is in his mid 30s, works from home a lot (design) and enjoys skating and Latin American partner dances. The small room in the house is rented out to visiting students, researchers etc for 2 or 3 months at a time.

The 1st room is rather small and hence we always rent it on a short term basis to visiting researchers, young professionals, etc (TAKEN)

The 2nd room is medium size, has a nice double bed, a stylish desk and chair as well as a tall shelf and clothes rail. This one is occupied by our permanent housemate Mark (TAKEN, SORRY)

The 3rd room is a bright double room, furnished with a double bed, a big bookshelf, a big drawer + matching bedside table and a large built-in wardrobe with an additional drawer inside as well as a desk. (AVAILABLE, roughly 8sqm in size )

The house is only 5 min walk from Canada Water Station (through a beautiful park), 5 min walk from the River and 5 in walk from Rotherhithe Station. Sainsbury's is also only 5 min away and if you walk for a bit more, you hit Surrey Quays Shopping Center with a massive Tesco in no time at all.

Our dream housemate would be friendly and tidy, quiet (we are no party household and don't tend to host a lot) and up for the occasional board game night.
