Room 2 (First Floor, double). The room comes fully furnished including double bed (with underneath storage), double wardrobe, large chest of draws, bedside table.

All rooms have secure lockable doors.

The communal bathroom is sheared with one other person (as all other rooms are ensuites).

The current tenants are professionals, who are friendly, clean and tidy.

The house has a very large kitchen (with space for a 6 person dinning table), separate lounge and also its own utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

ALL bills are included in the monthly price, along with Wifi access and a cleaner for communal areas monthly.
