One furnished bedroom available (approx. 9m2) in a quiet and safe, clean house in Canada Water. We are looking for one additional person (1 lodger) to share the house with us. I am a female management consultant (owner of the house) running my own company. The other lodger is a professional female who works for the NHS and has 2 lovely cats.
As the house is cat friendly professionals with cats (or happy to live with cats) are welcome and will be prioritised. No dogs, I am afraid. £650 pcm per person + some bills. One month returnable deposit.

Rent includes council tax, unlimited superfast BT fibre internet access, TV licence, fortnightly cleaner for common areas and water.
Share of bills: electricity, gas

Bedrooms include all new furniture: bed, mattress, chair, desk, inbuilt wardrobe, rug and shelves.

The house:
At the end of a friendly cul-de-sac near a lovely park and woodland and a 15 mins walk to Canada Water station you would be happy to share with 2 other professionals living in the house. There is a shared bathroom, shared living room with all new furniture of approx. 18m2, a fully equipped kitchen/dinner with access to an enclosed garden. Some storage space is offered and there is space for bikes in the garage.
