Double room available to rent in a modern 3-bed, furnished apartment available to rent from 17 March. We have furnished the flat with a modern feel. The flat is on the top floor, in a lovely neighbourhood - it’s very peaceful, no noise from neighbours - with a lovely view to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The bills are in the range of £120 - £135 (includes bulk buying of shared consumables).

The bedroom room itself is unfurnished - the only furnishing is the bed and mattress.

The household consists of a couple and another female. We’re young professionals who are relaxed, friendly and will enjoy a takeaway/ glass of wine/ Netflix binge together every now and then.

The flat includes a large lounge, kitchen with modern appliances, one main bathroom, a en-suite bathroom, a very large storage/drying room and 2 balconies with views towards Canary Wharf.

Easy access to central London via tube. 8 min walk to Canada Water, Surrey Quays and Rotherhithe Stations. Russia Dock woodland is right behind the flat, with easy assess for residents, so easy to walk straight into nature.
