Flat is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with a large common room, modern kitchen and bathroom, and room available has en-suite bathroom. Room available is huge compared to more recent new builds and has large closet, desk, drawers, etc. Fully furnished. Flat also has super fast Hyperoptic fibre broadband 150mps.

BUILDING: very close to Canada Water tube station, 1 minute walk. Corner of Surrey Quays road and Needleman Street.

NEAR YOU: Southwark Park, local sports centres, big Tesco & Surrey Quays shopping centre nearby and cinema (walking distance).

Good transport links home at night: Night Tube (Jubilee line & East London Line) plus 3 night bus routes travel to Canada Water.

Rent is £860 per calendar month (£198.46 per week) for the new tenancy year but we are in the process of negotiating rent down for the new tenancy year to £850 before bills which are approximately £150-£175 per month (council tax, gas, electricity, Hyperoptic super fast fibre broadband and phone, water).
