A sleek, 22nd floor apartment with panoramic views of London as far as your eye can see. A balcony with a two-seater sofa tucked inside. A gym. A concierge. A roof terrace. An incredible flatmate (okay I’m biased). All a few seconds walk from Canada Water Station and a stone’s throw away from the area’s beautiful, ducktastic waterways.

Move-in date is 8th December and I’m advertising for the double room (which has a great view of the river Thames!). Some notes about the place:

• Less than 1 minute walk from Canada Water Station and a short walk from riverside
• 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
• 22nd floor of the sought-after Ontario Point development
• Lovely reception area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the entire city!
• Balcony
• Close to beautiful scenic waterways and all the amenities you need
• Short walk to a big Tesco (Surrey Quays)
• Short walks to the wonderful Southwark Park and the Stave Hill Ecological Park
• Washer-drier and dishwasher
• Gym and a private roof terrace for residents!

I’ll be occupying the double en-suite and yours will be the double room. As I’ll have an en-suite the flat’s main bathroom will mostly be for your private use (but will also serve as the bathroom for any guests).

Your share of rent will be £1265 and bills around £150-200/month.

That means rent plus bills for you will come to around 1400-1450 a month (includes electricity, heating, internet, council tax - please DM me if you’d like a breakdown). This doesn’t include a cleaner which I do suggest we hire to make life easier :)

About me: I’m a 34 year old guy working in banking. I’m fairly chill. Interested in a flatmate who:
• Is chill and fun to hang out with
• Is relatively tidy but not obsessive about it
• Someone who is social and happy for us to have guests around now and then
• But also someone who isn’t anti-social and knows not to throw a rave in the flat on a Tuesday night :)
