The current tenants work in Marketing and Design and rarely work from home. The home dynamic is perfect and we are sad to see the current tenants leave but are looking forward to welcoming 2 new people into the lovely home.

Both rooms hare a bathroom shared with one current tenant respectively.

Person 1/Room 1: Room upstairs who has a shared bathroom with one person. This room is a double room, big cupboards and view of park. Currently there is a desk and ample space.

Person 2/ Room 2: Double room, with shared en suite with current flatmate. Cupboards and draws and currently a desk in there.

There are all necessary things in the house such as good Wi-Fi connection, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine etc. Our living room is also shared between the 4 of us. .

Surrey Quays and Canada Water are a 10 minute walk. The area is very safe and clean. The docks are right in front of the house. The gym is also a 5-10 minute walk. Thames in 5 minutes away.

Corner store and Off License 30m away. Nisa Local 100m away. Tesco superstore 0.7km away.
